By accessing or using AlcySign ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
AlcySign provides electronic signature services that allow users to: • Upload documents for electronic signing • Create and manage signature requests • Sign documents electronically • Store and manage signed documents • Integrate with other applications via API We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain the security of your password • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access We may refuse to grant a username that impersonates someone else, is protected by trademark, or is vulgar or offensive.
By using our electronic signature features, you acknowledge and agree that: • Electronic signatures created through our Service are legally binding • You have authority to sign documents on behalf of yourself or your organization • You will not use the Service to sign fraudulent or illegal documents • Electronic signatures comply with ESIGN Act, UETA, and eIDAS regulations We provide an audit trail for all signatures, including timestamps, IP addresses, and signer information.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to: • Store and process your content to provide the Service • Create backups for reliability purposes • Display content to authorized recipients You represent that you have the right to upload all content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any laws or regulations • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Upload malicious code or harmful content • Attempt to gain unauthorized access • Interfere with or disrupt the Service • Use automated systems without permission • Send spam or unsolicited communications • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to: • Pay all fees associated with your plan • Provide valid payment information • Update payment information as needed Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you: • Breach these Terms • Engage in fraudulent activity • Fail to pay applicable fees Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination. We will delete your data within 30 days of account closure unless legally required to retain it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlcySign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlcySign and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of: • Your use of the Service • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any rights of another
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
